REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a chef in an Italian or Neapolitan kitchen (A-MUST)
  • Deep understanding of traditional Italian ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques, with a strong focus on Neapolitan cuisine.
  • Passion for Italian food and culture, with a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
