JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting Italian dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the quality standards set by the Executive chef / Head chef.
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Assist in creating new Italian menu items and contribute to seasonal specials.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality execution of Italian recipes, including pasta, sauces etc.,
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, including commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and help in ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist with menu planning and daily prep lists based on the restaurant’s requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle food prep, cooking, and plating for various Italian dishes, maintaining high standards.
• Participate in daily team briefings and communicate any issues or concerns to the Executive chef / Head Chef.
• Maintain a positive attitude, work efficiently, and support the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
