Your Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture client relationships with our Italian-speaking clientele through various communication channels. Address inquiries and concerns with a focus on providing thorough and timely resolutions. Document client interactions meticulously in our CRM system to facilitate seamless service. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay informed about our offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information and support. What We're Looking For: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable. Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a relevant field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A client-centric attitude with a focus on building long-lasting relationships. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
