Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Customer Care Agent within our e-commerce division. We are looking for talented individuals who are willing to relocate to Greece, with paid relocation support included. In this role, you will serve as the primary support point for our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate our products and services while providing excellent customer care. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to order placements, product details, and general e-commerce questions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system for tracking and analysis. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and streamline service processes. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and updates in the e-commerce platform. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce roles is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and the e-commerce sector is an advantage. Proficient with computer applications and online tools. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a genuine passion for customer service. Willingness to relocate to Greece and become part of our vibrant team.
