About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with vehicle-related inquiries, connected services, warranties, roadside assistance, after-sales support, and general customer questions while ensuring every interaction reflects excellence in customer care. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with vehicle information, digital services, warranties, and after-sales inquiries. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with dealerships, service centres, and internal departments to ensure timely resolutions. Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Build lasting customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Interest in the automotive industry. Comfortable working with multiple computer systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Fluency in the required language Italian and good English communication skills.
