Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for an Italian Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Marketplace team in Greece. This role includes a fully paid relocation package to support a smooth transition. As a key member of the customer service team, you will provide dedicated assistance to Italian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform. Your fluency in Italian will enable you to support customers in navigating the platform, managing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. By delivering excellent service, you will contribute to a positive user experience and foster customer loyalty in this fast-growing online marketplace. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service in Italian via phone and email for the online marketplace platform Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, returns, and payments Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery Collect and relay customer feedback to improve platform services Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and new features Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
