Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Customer Support Agent specializing in Courier Services. This position requires relocating to Greece, where you will be an essential part of our customer support team. In this role, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring that their courier service inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to courier services, including shipping options, tracking information, and service policies. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues. Stay updated on the latest company services, shipping rates, and industry trends to offer informed assistance. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the courier or logistics sector, is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with customers. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple customer requests efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is advantageous. A willingness to relocate to Greece for this position. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
