Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a rewarding career opportunity as an Italian Emergency Roadside Assistance Officer with a fully paid relocation to Greece. This role involves providing immediate support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers experiencing roadside emergencies, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients via phone and other communication channels. Assess the situation accurately and coordinate appropriate emergency services such as towing, repairs, or other assistance. Provide clear, compassionate communication to customers during stressful situations. Document all interactions and service activities thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and effective customer support. Stay informed about company policies, emergency procedures, and service offerings to enhance service quality. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage. Experience in emergency roadside assistance, customer service, or related fields is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered. Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for shift work as required.
