Italian Growth Lead 📍 Italy (Hybrid) 🕒 Permanent role We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Italian Growth Lead to drive player acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across the Italian market. In this role, you’ll lead on developing and delivering localised growth strategies that truly resonate with Italian players — ensuring everything we do aligns with player preferences, market trends, and regulations. Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and collaborating with teams across lifecycle, CRM, promotions, and performance marketing, you’ll help shape the future of tombola in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of the Italian gaming landscape and a passion for delivering innovative, data-led growth. What you’ll be doing Develop and deliver the commercial marketing strategy for Italy, ensuring all activity reflects local player preferences, trends, and regulations. Drive player growth and revenue, optimising campaigns and initiatives across acquisition, CRM, brand, and promotions. Collaborate cross-functionally with our central marketing, CX, and data teams to share insights and align on growth goals. Manage budgets and ROI, ensuring efficient spend and data-driven optimisations. Analyse and report on performance, tracking key metrics like acquisition, revenue, ROI, and market share. Stay ahead of the market, monitoring Italian gambling trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates. Champion compliance and responsible gaming, ensuring all activity meets local standards. Influence and align stakeholders across the business to deliver on our Italian growth strategy. What we’re looking for In-depth knowledge of the Italian gaming market — including cultural, regulatory, and player behaviour insights. Proven experience in developing and executing successful, market-specific marketing strategies. Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally across acquisition, brand, CRM, performance, and CX. Strong analytical ability, using data to measure performance, optimise campaigns, and track key metrics like CAC, ROI, and LTV. Excellent communicator – confident in presenting ideas and insights to senior stakeholders. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis. Understanding of Italian gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.
