We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Italian Kitchen Chef to join our team and lead our kitchen with creativity, precision, and love for Italian food heritage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a chef in an Italian or Neapolitan kitchen (A-MUST)
• Deep understanding of traditional Italian ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques, with a strong focus on Neapolitan cuisine.
• Passion for Italian food and culture, with a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Lead the preparation and cooking of authentic Italian dishes
• Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring traditional dishes inspired by the cuisine of Naples and Italy.
• Collaborate with management to maintain and update the menu, using fresh, locally sourced, and imported Italian ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Monitor inventory and manage ordering to ensure a well-stocked kitchen while minimizing waste.
