We are looking for an Admin & Finance Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
  • Previous experience within the food industry is an advantage.
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organization skills

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

  • Management of purchase orders and invoices and processing expenses.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Update daily bank reports and bank reconciliation.
  • Identify and address account discrepancies.
  • Manage and control creditors accounts ensuring that all invoices are paid in accordance with the company terms and conditions.
  • Reviewing and processing reimbursements
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Month-end reporting including review of general ledger and variance analysis.
  • Organising new starters and leavers, maintaining organisation charts.
  • Assisting with payroll by organising new starters and leavers files.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
  • Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
  • Managing vehicle fleet in collaboration with the leasing company.
