Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and client support. Conduct training and provide ongoing support to clients to maximize product benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant advice. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in B2B solutions consulting, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
