Key Responsibilities Provide efficient back office gaming support to Italian-speaking customers via multiple communication channels. Liaise with technical and operational departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, processes, and resolutions. Assist in the identification and implementation of process optimizations to improve service quality. Stay informed about the latest gaming products, industry trends, and regulations. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills within the gaming sector. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer support or back office roles, preferably within the gaming industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication abilities with a customer-centric approach. Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural environment.
