This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals fluent in Italian to contribute to the gaming industry by providing top-notch back office support. The position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth gaming operations. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality back office support to Italian-speaking customers through multiple communication channels. Work closely with technical and operational teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and support processes. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery. Stay informed about the latest developments in gaming products, industry trends, and regulations. Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve your gaming support skills. Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is an advantage. Prior experience in back office support or customer service, preferably within the gaming sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. Willingness to work in Sofia and integrate into the local culture.
