Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the café, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage production and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Coordinate and execute banquet and catering events.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Café Manager, is preferred.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
