Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent with a leading international logistics company. This role comes with paid relocation and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent service delivery in the logistics sector. You will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their logistics queries and needs. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across multiple platforms including phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with logistics solutions, helping them navigate shipping, tracking, and delivery processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding shipping and logistics effectively. Document all interactions and customer feedback within the CRM system for quality assurance. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolutions of client issues and maintain high service standards. Stay informed about industry trends and company services to provide informed advice to customers. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is a plus. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment. Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new culture and work environment.
