About the Role & Project You'll be supporting a major international car rental company known for its global presence. Your primary focus will be assisting Italian-speaking travellers with their rentals, questions, and concerns. This is a full-time, on-site position in Malta. Crucially, candidates must already be legally residing in Malta as no relocation is provided. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Assist customers with car rental reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries. Provide clear information regarding pricing, vehicle availability, insurance, and rental terms. Manage complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, working towards a positive resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data confidentiality.
