THIS JOB IS BASED IN GREECE - RELOCATION SUPPORT OFFERED

Location: work from home in Greece
Role: Italian speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: 1,045€ gross per month (paid 14x a year) + up to 150 EURO gross monthly performance bonus
Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Sunday 09.00-21.00

Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor you will represent a global company that is recognized for its innovation-driven approach, specializing in household appliances and technology that focus on performance, energy efficiency, and modern design. You will handle inbound calls from retail customers, addressing a variety of needs, including sales inquiries, aftersales support, product questions, delivery concerns, and issues related to the client’s sales platform. While the role primarily focuses on customer service, it also involves aspects of sales and technical support. You will utilize a range of internet-based applications and work through a virtual desktop interface to efficiently manage customer interactions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with all the products firsthand in the on-site Lab, which is equipped with the full range of products for hands-on experience.
