Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Italian Speaking Customer Care Representative to join the dynamic team of a leading Telecommunications Firm based in Greece. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in Italian. Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, billing, and technical support. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve service delivery. Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance. Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required. A minimum English proficiency of B2 is necessary. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
