Key Responsibilities Offer excellent customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels. Address customer issues and inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collect valuable customer feedback and share insights for service improvements. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service excellence. Keep up to date with company products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation costs covered by Mercier Consultancy Group. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with good multitasking and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is beneficial. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
