The successful candidates will provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning electronic products and services. Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively. Stay updated on the latest product developments, company policies, and industry trends. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and digital support tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
