Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting the automotive sector in Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, services, and after-sales support related to automotive products. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and timely customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products and services. Assist clients with inquiries, service bookings, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints efficiently. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive product information, features, and company policies. Provide constructive feedback to help improve customer service processes. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; English language skills are advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. Passion for the automotive industry and problem-solving capabilities.
