Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and response time targets. Native or fluent Italian language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a non-negotiable requirement for all applicants. Valid EU passport or national ID (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility). A genuine interest in consumer electronics, technology products, and digital devices is strongly preferred. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role within the consumer electronics or technology sector is a significant advantage.
