This role involves providing excellent customer service to Italian-speaking users, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver timely and professional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding messaging app features, account issues, and technical support. Resolve user problems efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to provide feedback and improve customer experience. Stay updated on product updates, app functionalities, and company policies. Contribute to team goals and continuous process improvements. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or app industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
