Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and account management. Resolve issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure clarity and continuity of service. Work collaboratively with team members to drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred. Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a related industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints effectively. Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse oneself in a new cultural environment.
