Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent based in Bulgaria, with paid relocation included. This role involves providing outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities Respond to Italian-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products and services. Offer detailed product information and assist customers with any issues or complaints. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with different departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery. Stay updated with company policies, products, and ongoing promotions to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service roles is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and professionalism. Proficient in CRM software and common office applications. Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered by the company.
