In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the best support and guidance regarding our products and services. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with their inquiries regarding products, services, and account management. Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system as necessary. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and service efficiency. Stay informed about product offerings, promotional campaigns, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual or international environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Ability to problem-solve and manage customer queries effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and a good command of standard office software. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support provided. A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
