Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
