Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a thriving E-Commerce Platform, with the opportunity to work in beautiful Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, guiding them through their online shopping experience and addressing their inquiries. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping details, and returns via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience. Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and tracking information. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up. Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to address any order-related issues and improve service delivery. Stay updated on product offerings and e-commerce trends to provide relevant and timely assistance. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the e-commerce or retail sectors. Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude. Ability to address issues and inquiries effectively while demonstrating empathy and understanding. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
