Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Provide detailed information about energy plans, pricing options, and sustainability initiatives. Assist customers with account setup, service modifications, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and updates in the energy sector to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utilities sector. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively with patience.
