This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the financial technology sector and are eager to provide exceptional service. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and support them in navigating financial products and services in Italian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding account setups, transactions, and financial services. Assist with troubleshooting account-related issues and guide customers through the resolution process. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, aiming for high customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with technical departments to address any issues impacting customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide valuable insights to customers. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the FinTech or financial services industry. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic financial concepts. Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
