In this important role, you will provide exceptional service to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and customer support. Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you help clients understand their insurance options, navigate claims processes, and provide clear and compassionate support during their interactions with the company. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in the insurance services offered.
