Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries related to shipments, tracking deliveries, and addressing customer concerns effectively. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries related to logistics and transportation services. Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and logistics solutions. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met. Stay updated on company services, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or transportation is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently. Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
