As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an outstanding experience with Mercedes. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to vehicle specifications, service appointments, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Provide detailed information about Mercedes vehicles, features, and available services to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and addressing any service-related inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with dealership staff and other internal teams to improve service delivery standards. Stay informed about the latest Mercedes models, features, and promotions to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or luxury goods sector. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to effectively address inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive systems and customer service software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
