In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they utilize our innovative ride-sharing services. Your fluency in Italian will be essential in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for users of the platform. You'll be instrumental in helping customers navigate our app, handle ride requests, and manage any concerns they may have.
