Your fluency in Italian will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries regarding stock trading, account management, and navigating the app's features. Your expertise in customer service will help ensure a seamless user experience, allowing customers to maximize their trading potential in the financial markets. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding stock trading inquiries Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting issues within the app Provide clear and accurate information about stock market trends, trading features, and application functionalities Document all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system Collaborate with technical and trading teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Gather feedback from customers to enhance user experience and service quality Stay informed about market trends and updates related to stock trading Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation and a passion for finance and trading Experience in customer service, particularly in financial services or tech support, is preferred Able to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Genuine interest in stock trading and helping customers achieve their investment goals Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and 2 weeks in Hotel ) Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
