Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a prominent Telecommunications Company, based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecommunications and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth communication experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Provide accurate information on mobile and broadband plans, features, and promotions. Assist customers with account issues, service activation, and troubleshooting technical problems. Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs. Stay updated on the latest telecommunications products and service offerings to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach. Ability to effectively manage inquiries and complaints while maintaining professionalism. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with telecommunications software and CRM tools is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary. Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
