Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Assist customers in navigating the company’s products and services, delivering helpful and concise information. Quickly resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels. Document customer interactions accurately and perform follow-ups to ensure their needs are met effectively. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Previous customer service experience, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a commitment to creating positive customer experiences. Effective problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with computer systems and CRM tools. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for new experiences, with a willingness to work in Greece. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
