We're now looking for an (Junior) Italian-speaking Customer Representative (f/m/d) to join our growing Customer Service team in Berlin. Your Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries from clients, consumers, and third parties (e.g. lawyers) in Italian across multiple communication channels Provide clear, accurate information about accounts and ongoing processes Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently Flag recurring issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes Use AI-enabled tools and internal platforms to maintain high service quality Ensure full compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and applicable regulations What we're looking for: Must-haves: Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken, at a professional level Experience in a customer service or support role A clear, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills Comfort with digital tools and AI-assisted platforms, and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems Hands-on experience with ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail A collaborative, team-oriented approach Nice-to-haves: Background in collections, debt recovery, or financial services Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish and/or German Transparency, Execution, Ownership, Customer Centricity, Innovation and Integrity are important to us and we at PAIR Finance embody these values. Our offer for you: For a junior level role, our salary band is €32,000 - €35,000 gross per year and for a mid-level role, our salary band is €36,000 - €44.500 gross per year (based on a 40-hour work week).
