Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Provide detailed information about services, plans, and troubleshooting procedures. Assist customers with account management, bill inquiries, and service changes. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for monitoring and follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company updates to provide relevant assistance. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desired. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary, and to relocate to Greece.
