Your Mission: Optimizing Customer Success As a Customer Success Advisor, you will bridge the gap between an industry-leading tech giant and its users, transforming standard inquiries into exceptional support experiences through creative problem-solving and authentic empathy: Multi-Channel Support: Assist users via telephone, email, and live chat, serving as a knowledgeable guide for digital features and search capabilities. Effective Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix technical bugs or account irregularities efficiently and accurately. User Training & Feedback: Guide users on how to maximize the platform's features while gathering critical insights to help product development teams implement future updates. Roster & Schedule Work Hours: A stable, 40-hour weekly commitment (divided into 5 shifts at 8 hours per day). Operating Window: Rotating schedules running Monday through Sunday, strictly planned between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM. (No late-night shifts, leaving your evenings completely free to enjoy Lisbon's social culture).
