Native or fluent Italian language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role. Valid EU passport or EU citizenship (mandatory requirement). A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communications and training purposes. Previous experience in a customer support, customer service, or client-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous.
