Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking Italian-Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts to join our growing team in Greece. This position involves providing specialized customer support to Italian-speaking clients, helping them safeguard their digital assets through our cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat on cybersecurity products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related customer issues efficiently and professionally. Advise customers on best practices for cybersecurity and effective use of security technologies. Maintain accurate records of interactions and technical information using CRM tools. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges. Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments to provide up-to-date support. Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within cybersecurity or IT security. Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and technologies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms. Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to continuously learn and adapt.
