Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support in fluent Italian to clients using FinTech platforms, including digital banking applications, e-wallets, and online payment systems. Assist customers with account setup, verification processes, transaction queries, and the troubleshooting of digital financial services. Guide Italian-speaking users through onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience in line with FinTech industry regulations. Identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraud, suspicious activity, or compliance-related concerns through the appropriate internal channels. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within CRM and case management systems. Collaborate closely with technical and back-office teams to resolve complex financial queries efficiently and professionally. Stay informed on product updates, regulatory changes, and FinTech industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to customers. Consistently meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction targets. Native or fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role. A valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory). A strong interest in or prior experience within the FinTech, financial services, banking, or payments industry is highly advantageous. Previous customer service, contact centre, or client-facing experience is preferred. Confident working knowledge of digital tools, CRM platforms, and online financial products. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
