Actively collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to identify recurring customer pain points and suggest improvements to support processes and product knowledge resources. Native or fluent Italian language proficiency (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role, as you will be supporting Italian-speaking customers exclusively. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants).
