As a member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in supporting Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive user experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support to Italian-speaking subscribers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Address questions related to subscriptions, billing, technical issues, and content availability. Guide customers through troubleshooting streaming problems and account management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document solutions in CRM platforms. Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to resolve complex issues promptly. Stay updated on new content releases, features, and company policies to provide informed assistance. Native or fluent Italian speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within the online streaming or entertainment industry. Good command of English is advantageous. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle technical inquiries effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or on-site environment in Greece. Flexibility to work various shifts as per scheduling needs. Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance provided by the company.
