In this role, you will be responsible for delivering interactive and effective support to Italian-speaking gamers, ensuring their gaming experience is smooth and enjoyable. If you possess strong communication skills, a passion for gaming, and technical proficiency, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Provide interactive support and assistance to Italian-speaking gamers across multiple communication channels Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay and account issues efficiently Collaborate with developers and other teams to address technical problems and enhance the gaming experience Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions Stay informed about updates, new features, and changes in the gaming platform Monitor system performance and report any technical anomalies Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
