This role involves providing exceptional logistics support and solutions to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively. As a Logistics Expert, you will coordinate with various departments and external partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations and timely deliveries. Your expertise will to ensuring and enhancing overall customer satisfaction and streamlining logistical bottlenecks.
