Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, offering assistance and support via phone, email, and chat. Help customers navigate the marketplace, answer questions about products, pricing, and order status. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for tracking and analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience based on feedback and insights. Stay informed about marketplace updates, product launches, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers. Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing ideas for improving service delivery. Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service or related roles is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-centric approach. Comfortable with using CRM software and other tools for efficient customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude toward enhancing the customer service experience.
