As a Mobile Support Specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their mobile device inquiries and technical issues, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities Provide expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for mobile device-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues pertaining to mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings. Guide customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and applications, offering tailored solutions based on their needs. Thoroughly document support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and improve support processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to confirm satisfaction with provided support. Stay current on mobile technology trends and product updates to enhance your support capabilities. Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly related to mobile devices. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a significant advantage.
